Return policy

We hope you liked our products, but in case you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange the product in the following cases:

• The product has not been used and remains in its original packaging.
• No more than 3 days have passed since receiving the order.
• In case of receiving a damaged, broken, or in poor condition product, or a product that does not match the description on the website, we will bear the shipping and delivery fees for returning the product.
• In case the customer wishes to return or exchange the order with no fault or defect in the product, the customer will bear the shipping and delivery fees.
• It is possible to send the product to us via any shipping company.
• Contact us to provide you with the address, or if you need assistance regarding finding shipping companies or shipping through our service provider.
• The amount will be refunded to your balance on Mustadeem store or to your credit card after receiving and verifying the product from you within 7 working days.
• Refunds are only for the product value; delivery, shipping, taxes, and other fees are non-refundable.
