Return & Exchange Policy

At Mustadeem, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. We believe that shopping should be a comfortable and safe experience, so we have created a clear and flexible return policy tailored to your needs:

General Return Conditions:
• Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with complete packaging and wrapping.
• Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or lack the original packaging.
• Beauty, personal care, and food products are non-returnable unless they are defective.
• If an order is canceled before it is shipped, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, shipping fees will be deducted, and only the product amount will be refunded after it is received in good condition.

Return Request Process:
• Please contact customer service via email or WhatsApp to submit a return request.
• The case will be reviewed to ensure it meets the return conditions.
• If approved, a pickup of the product will be arranged.
• Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Non-Eligible Products for Return:
• Products that have been used or opened.
• Products purchased under promotions or special discounts.
• Personal items such as cosmetics, skincare, healthcare, and food items.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective.
• For payments made via credit cards or e-wallets, the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of receiving your package.
• We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
