Local Delivery (Within the UAE)

• Delivery time: 24 to 48 hours
• Rates:
  • Standard courier for regular parcels: AED 18 across the country, AED 40 for the Western region
  • Refrigerated vehicle for sensitive products: AED 30
• Note: Minor delays may occur during public holidays or peak seasons

International Shipping

• Carriers: DHL and SMSA Express
• Estimated delivery: 3 to 6 business days, depending on destination and order contents
• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your shipment leaves our warehouse

• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly to avoid any issues
• If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect information, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees
• Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart based on destination and weight
• We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the recipient country
