Local Delivery (Within the UAE)
- Delivery time: 24 to 48 hours
- Rates:
- Standard courier for regular parcels: AED 18 across the country, AED 40 for the Western region
- Refrigerated vehicle for sensitive products: AED 30
- Note: Minor delays may occur during public holidays or peak seasons
International Shipping
- Carriers: DHL and SMSA Express
- Estimated delivery: 3 to 6 business days, depending on destination and order contents
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your shipment leaves our warehouse
