Used externally as a wash to soothe eye irritation, skin inflammation, eczema, and minor burns. Contraindicated for those with allergies to the Asteraceae family and in high doses during pregnancy. Usage: Steep one tablespoon of dried flowers in a covered cup of boiling water for 10 minutes and drink before sleep or after meals, or apply cotton compresses of the infusion to the eyes and skin. Directions for Use

* Steep 1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers in one cup of boiling water.
* Cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

* Prepare the infusion in the same way and allow it to cool.
* Soak a clean cotton pad or compress in the infusion and gently apply it to the skin.
Warning
Do not use if you are allergic to chamomile or other plants belonging to the Asteraceae (daisy) family, such as chrysanthemums, ragweed, or calendula, as allergic reactions may occur.
