Irish Moss Powder

Directions for Use:
Mix one teaspoon of the powder into a glass of water, juice, or smoothie. Consume once daily.

Directions for Use & Gel Preparation:
1.Soaking:
Place a suitable amount of whole Irish moss in a clean bowl and cover with cold or lukewarm water.
Soak for 12–24 hours until the moss softens.
During soaking, the pieces will expand and absorb water.
2.Rinsing:
After soaking, rinse the moss thoroughly under running water to remove sand, impurities, and excess salt.
3.Gel Preparation:
•Boiling Method:
Place the soaked moss in a pot with a small amount of water and boil for a few minutes until very soft.
•Blending Method:
Add the soaked moss to a blender with a small amount of clean water (adjust according to desired consistency) and blend until a smooth, translucent gel forms.
4.Usage:
The prepared gel can be used in:
•Beverages and smoothies
•As an addition to foods and soups
•As a daily dietary supplement
5.Storage:
Store the gel in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator. It can remain fresh for up to one week.
Tip:
The longer the soaking time, the softer the moss becomes and the easier it is to blend into a gel.
