Usage instructions: For baking, add only one tablespoon per cup of water, leave it for several minutes until it thickens and then add to the dough.
Note: Psyllium husks absorb a lot of water, so you may need to add a little more water gradually to the ingredients.

For constipation: add a half spoon to a glass of water and drink it on an empty stomach. It is recommended to drink a lot of water after eating is as it absorbs water.
